Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Before sharing check-in info, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.
  • The unit is located in Building 5 on the 7th floor.

Property Access

  • All buildings at the resort feature elevators.
  • The property is wheelchair accessible: includes features such as smooth pathway to front door, wide clearance to bed and shower, step free access, and elevators.

Policies and Rules

  • Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
  • Absolutely no house parties. Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. The company reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in their opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • No pets allowed (resort policy).
  • No smoking inside condo. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
  • The premises shall be used only for residential purposes, and no animals are permitted.
  • Tenant agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy thereof.
  • Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the premises.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.

Fees and Payments

  • A $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages that might arise after your stay.
  • Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance, all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical and/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond their control.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available for each unit.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill for a nominal fee of $0.50 per ride.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet) is available throughout the unit.
  • Cable TV and local phone service are included.
  • Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay but cannot be changed out during your stay.
  • A washer and dryer are available in the unit. A single-use box of detergent is provided.
  • Cooking basics, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, ice-maker, tea maker, and kitchen/cleaning basics are included.
  • For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, guests are advised to bring their own.
  • The outdoor pool is heated typically in April and May, depending on the outside temperature, and features a mushroom water feature. The indoor pool is heated year-round.
  • The resort features gathering and picnic areas, outdoor grills, a quarter-mile walking trail, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client’s property is the client's responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property (of both landlord and tenant) during use and occupancy.
  • Tenant assumes all risks associated and agrees to hold the landlord harmless from and indemnify landlord against the same.

  • Reservations do not include expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.
  • The resort is positioned on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1, directly behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district, with easy access to a trolley stop at the main road ($0.50 per ride). Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island are approximately 2 miles away.
